First-Time Homebuyer Opportunity

The Southside Planning District Commission in partnership with Southside Outreach Group are seeking low to moderate-income first-time homebuyers in Brunswick, Halifax, and Mecklenburg Counties to participate in the SPDC Housing Development Project funded by Virginia Housing.
